Maggie Rede shows up in Runelight. She is Maddy's twin sister, but in many ways her opposite. She grew up in World's End, in a family that followed the Order. Maggie's brothers were in the Order and died for the final battle of Runemarks. Maggie was sent to the Ridings, up north, and so was protected when a plague swept through World's End, but the remainder of her family died. During the events of Runelight, Maggie hates the Firefolk, and, armed with a powerful rune of the new age she plans to wipe out Chaos, and is helped by Mimir and Adam Scattergood.
